Whilst we had good relationships with some good recruitment agencies, Ash has proven to be a consultant with a differing approach in that he has worked relentlessly to understand our complex business by asking relevant questions and building good relationship with all operations managers in the field as well as ensuring he keeps HR and Directors engaged in the process.
