I was approached by Ash from OHM Recruitment and from the get go he has been totally 100% professional and very understanding. I had a good chat with Ash about my role within “x” as a constant backshift mechanic with no career prospects and gained no training from, despite my efforts with my previous manager to get things rectified, nothing ever changed.
