We have a exciting opportunities to join our client Laboratories in Leicester & the Hemel areas, working as an Operations Support Manager with the Senior Management team on site.
This role offers real diversity and variety, leading the Operations Support team. Strong communication, organisational skills and continious improvement are at the heart of this role. The role involve shaping & coordinating plans & budgets, cascading & aligning with the overall business needs. Leading a multi-functional operational team including management of projects and initiatives to bring focus to improving performance and drive greater efficiency across the sites & teams in support of the Testing Laboratories.
To be successful in this role you’ll need the skills to build relationships, influence peers, move seamlessly between strategy & tactical planning, and have a resilint creative approach to challenges.
You’ll be managing multiple projects and audit work so strong project management skills are a must. With this you’ll need to use your strong interpersonal skills to confidently present findings to our clients about their products.
