    Local new Westbridgford based football club Bridgford United FC,  were kindly presented with a cheque for £365, pictured below is Kylie Holmes Branch Manager for the Co-op on Bridgford Road, Kylie and her team managed to raise the money to help towards the club’s growth, Bridgford United are a newly formed club in only their second season coming on the back off winning the Midland Championship Alliance Division at their first attempt last season.

    Amateur clubs have to rely heavily on funding for survival which usually comes from charity fund raising or companies financial backing towards kit and team wear, OHM Recruitment are proud kit sponsors for the club. The money that Kylie has raised will go towards equipment, running costs such as pitch hire, referee, league affiliation and insurance costs. The team currently sit at the top of the NSL Div 2 (Notts Senior League) and are actively looking to secure additional sponsors to ensure the clubs status quo going forward.
